About this card
Mana cost: {2}
Type: Artifact Creature — Construct
At the beginning of combat on your turn, this creature gains banding until end of combat. (Any creatures with banding, and up to one without, can attack in a band. Bands are blocked as a group. If any creatures with banding you control are being blocked by a creature, you divide that creature's combat damage, not its controller, among any of the creatures it's blocking.) Whenever this creature becomes blocked by a Wall, destroy that Wall at end of combat.
"By the time Mishra was defeated, no mage was foolish enough to rely heavily on walls."

Frequently asked
How can I tell if my Battering Ram is real?
Battering Ram is not on our list of commonly-counterfeited cards, but counterfeits exist across every set. Check the print quality and cardstock (real cards have a distinctive blue inner core visible from the edge), the rosette pattern on the back, the security stamp on planeswalker / mythic cards from recent sets, and confirm the collector number and set code match the official Scryfall record. For high-value copies we recommend submitting to a professional grader (PSA, BGS, CGC) for tamper-evident authentication.
