Frequently asked
How can I tell if my Demon is real?
Demon is not on our list of commonly-counterfeited cards, but counterfeits exist across every set. Check the print quality and cardstock (real cards have a distinctive blue inner core visible from the edge), the rosette pattern on the back, the security stamp on planeswalker / mythic cards from recent sets, and confirm the collector number and set code match the official Scryfall record. For high-value copies we recommend submitting to a professional grader (PSA, BGS, CGC) for tamper-evident authentication.
What is Demon worth?
As of the latest data, there are no active listings on The Game Traders right now. Actual value depends on condition, grading, edition and printing variant — graded high-condition copies (PSA 9–10) trade at a substantial premium over raw copies.
What set is Demon from?
Demon is from the Magic: The Gathering set "New Capenna Commander Tokens" in the token series, released in 2022.
What rarity is Demon?

Burn With Me is a hand-drawn demon card game featuring the artist's own hand - and also, a refreshingly finite alternative to yer Balatro-likes
Burn With Me is a hand-drawn game in which the most prominent non-hand-drawn bit is artist Eva Manuilovich's own right hand. Excellent, no notes. Manuilovich's hand appears on the right throughout each match ritual, dealing cards with a flick of the index finger; when you beat the target score, it...

The MTG Reality Fracture Commander precon reprints this $24 dollar demon
Originally printed in Battlebond back in 2018, Archfiend of Despair is a massive damage doubling demon, popular among MTG players willing to pay big mana for a big threat in black. This hellish curve topper was reprinted once in Commander Masters in 2023, but Wizards of the Coast has dragged it...
