A Sega Toys licensed tie-in to a sticker phenomenon — and one of the very few cartridges published by neither SNK nor a familiar third party.
Bikkuriman was a wildly successful Japanese collectible-sticker and anime franchise, and Sega Toys — not SNK — both developed and published this handheld tie-in in March 2000. On a platform where SNK published almost everything, that alone makes it unusual.
The link features are more ambitious than the licence suggests: through a wishing well on the hub screen, players exchange stickers and compete using Seals and Themes. It also connects to the corresponding Dreamcast game, putting it in the small group of cartridges that talk to a home console.
Before you buy
No recorded sales in any condition. A licence-driven curiosity with no established market, and entirely dependent on Japanese and on knowing the franchise.
