Fisher-Price published Dance Fantasy for the ColecoVision in 1984, with WCI Labs (Atari) credited as developer. That credit is the only documented detail we found about its making.
It belongs to Fisher-Price's small run of children's cartridges for the system, alongside Linking Logic, Logic Levels and Memory Manor. We found no period review of this cartridge, so there is nothing to say about how it plays.
