INTV's 1987 BurgerTime sequel, a late release that costs far more than the original.
Diner is the sequel to BurgerTime. Computer Entertainer announced it in early 1987 among nine new INTV Corporation games, and the library credits Realtime Associates and Mattel Electronics as developers, with a June 1987 release. The magazine's spring schedule had listed it for April, so it arrived somewhat later than planned.
Little else about how it differs from BurgerTime is documented.
What the press said at the time

Computer Entertainer rated graphics first and play action second, from four symbols (excellent) to one (poor) — diamonds through early 1987, stars after — comparing each game only with other games for the same system.
Before you buy
INTV Corporation shipped Diner with no overlays; any overlays you see are home-made. The box is colorful and the manual black and white. It is a high-priced cart, with a large premium for a complete copy.
