A late run-and-gun for the Genesis that GamePro panned and that now costs more than most US carts.
Mutant Chronicles: Doom Troopers is a Genesis action game from Adrenalin Entertainment, published by Playmates Interactive Entertainment in North America in November 1995. GamePro panned the Genesis version for its small selection of attacks, its simplistic action, a lack of color and detail and unintentionally funny death screams.

Among US carts it sits above the middle. A complete US copy means the case, cartridge and manual.
