About Final Zone
It is 100 years into the future. Nuclear weapons, missiles and other weapons of mass destruction are banned, but a new piece of military hardware is about to shape the future. The N.A.P. (New Age Power-Suit), is the newest weapon, a mechanical tank, able to destroy anything in its path. You play as a soldier of the El Shiria Military's "Undead" unit named Howie Bowie (no joke) as you are about to go on a urgent mission to destroy your enemies, The Bloody Axis, before they can strike at your nation.

An unusual isometric mecha shooter from Wolf Team, worth a look for its weapon loadouts.
Final Zone, known in Japan as FZ Senki Axis, is an isometric scrolling shooter from Wolf Team. You play a mecha operator in a NAP suit that carries 14 weapons out of a choice of 20, and it is up to you to use them well. It reached Japan on 12 October 1990 and North America in December 1990, where Renovation Products published it.
Wolf Team made it the third game in its Final Zone series.

Before you buy
Among US carts it sits well above the middle. The Japanese cart (FZ Senki Axis) usually costs more than the US cart, and its cartridge has a different shape, so it needs an adapter or two plastic tabs removed from a Western console's slot.
