A Japan-only Namco Mega Drive game based on a well-known anime, and a mid-priced cart.

Fushigi no Umi no Nadia is based on the anime series Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water. Namco developed and published the Mega Drive version, which came out only in Japan, on 19 March 1991. The same license appeared on other Japanese platforms from 1991 to 1993, so this is the Namco game for the Mega Drive specifically.

Before you buy

Japanese cartridges are a different shape from Western ones and do not fit a Western console without an adapter or removing two plastic tabs in its slot. Among Japan-only carts it sits about at the middle.
