A dodgeball game based on a popular manga and anime, released only in Japan and priced below the typical Japan-only cart.

Honō no Tōkyūji: Dodge Danpei is a dodgeball game made and published by Sega for the Mega Drive. It came out only in Japan, on 10 July 1992.

It is based on Tetsuhiro Koshita's dodgeball manga, serialized in CoroCoro Comic from 1989 to 1995, and the anime that aired from October 1991 to September 1992. It is aimed at fans of the series.

Before you buy

Among Japan-only carts it sits below the median. Japanese cartridges are a different shape and do not fit a Western console without an adapter or removing two plastic tabs in its slot. It is a cheap-tier game with no per-game fake concerns.
