A straightforward television quiz adaptation that is among the cheapest US carts on the Genesis.

This is the Genesis version of Jeopardy!, the television quiz show in which contestants are given clues in the form of answers and must phrase their responses as questions. Park Place Productions developed it and GameTek published it in North America in 1992.

What the press said at the time

“Bizarre conversion of the television quiz show. God-awful graphics, even worse sound and about as much playability as a brick. Good for those dreary family get-togethers though, but unfortunately the questions are all American-related.”

— MegaTech, August 1994

Before you buy

Among US carts the loose cart is one of the cheapest. A cardboard-box edition is priced separately from the plastic-case copy, and a complete box copy usually costs more. A complete copy means the case, cartridge and manual.
