A Japan-only Sega release from 1985, a plain curiosity for collectors of the Japanese library.
Satellite 7 was developed and published by Sega and released in Japan on December 20, 1985, and nowhere else. It is listed among the Mark III-era Sega Card games.
Before you buy
This is the Japanese release, and it came out only in Japan. Because it is a Sega Card, it needs a console with a card slot, which the Master System II lacks. It sits above the middle of the Japan-only group when loose, and a complete copy costs much more than a loose one. The look-alike risk is low.
