A Spectravideo space game from 1984 that there is almost no documentation about.
Spectravideo published Sector Alpha for the ColecoVision in 1984. The sources name no developer and turned up no period review of the cartridge, so nothing reliable can be said about its gameplay.
Spectravideo billed its cartridges as ColecoVision-compatible, which is how the period press described them.
Worth knowing
- From the ColecoVision manual. You defend three sectors (ahead, left, right) shown on radar panels; a sector you are not attending fights on auto defense with fewer missiles.
- From the ColecoVision manual. The game is over once you have lost all your ships in any one sector.
Before you buy
Standard keypad controller. Only loose copies show up in price tracking, so there is no boxed price to compare against; check the label and that the cartridge boots before paying.
