A gross and good-natured platformer with lively animation, priced above the middle among US carts.
Boogerman: A Pick and Flick Adventure is a platformer developed and published by Interplay. It came out on the Genesis in North America on 18 November 1994 and in Europe on 2 December 1994, and a Super NES version followed later.
GameFan praised the animation of both Boogerman and his enemies, the digitized speech and the music, and was taken with the fire-fart flight. GamePro found it fun to play despite how disgusting it is.
How the Sega Genesis version differs
The Genesis version came first, in 1994, and later appeared on the Wii Virtual Console in North America on November 24, 2008 and in Europe on December 12, 2008.
GamePro's Manny LaMancha gave the Genesis version a positive review, saying it is fun to play despite the gross-out premise.

Before you buy
Among US carts it sits above the middle. The European loose cart usually costs about the same as the US one, but a complete European copy usually costs more. Sega Retro lists it as using the six-button pad. A complete US copy means the case, cartridge and manual.
