“Everything is pretty stiff and the players seem to be on a court of deep mud. … This game is nicely constructed, but fails to deliver an exciting experience.”
“The first NBA Courtside was an extremely solid game, and the sequel is even better. They fixed the main gameplay problem (the inability to drive the lane effectively), and they've made improvements in just about every other area as well.”
“But with enough new features to warrant a repeat purchase and a star player named after a type of steak, Kobe Bryant's second N64 outing represents the state of the art in basketball games.”
